The room was nice and clean. I'd give it 4 stars if it had been quiet. The window was located directly above one of the speakers they use for the music in the front entry way area. I had to listen to a soft hum of music all night.
Middle of the road, not bad but not great. Good for the area- not many choices around here.
We were mostly happy with the hotel. The lobby and rooms are updated and are asthetically pleasing. Our room had great amenities. The staff was nice and they offered a continental breakfast. We were on the 2nd floor out of three and although the room was nice, the ceiling was a mess. There was so much water damage that it looked like parts of the ceiling may fall down at any moment. We slept in the bed closest to the window just in case (most damage was over the other bed). Unfortunately, sleeping closer to the window in this particular room was a bad idea. There were speakers right outside our window that played music all night and kept us awake. My husband investigated where the music was coming from and told the staff. If wr stayed there again, we would just ensure we were not near the speakers.
Good place, seemed brand new hotel & I would stay again... was here very briefly for couple nights when doing volunteer work for the hurricane Harvey response so really can't say much other than the bed was super comfy
